This is all hogwash. Harden has gotten blocked MANY times, as well as stripped of the ball for TOs when driving to the hoop. The gap isn't that big imo. Harden simply just drives more often than Lin does.
Ah yes, once again selective memory strikes again.... %shots blocked for Houston Rockets Omer Asik - 14.3% James Harden - 9.3% Chandler Parsons - 9.0% Jeremy Lin - 7.0% Carlos Delfino - 4.2% http://www.hoopdata.com/scoringstats.aspx?team=HOU&type=pg&posi=%&yr=2013&gp=20&mins=25 And this is a perfect example of why stat heads scoff at the eye test...
Very good game for Lin. He is starting to show the improvement everyone could tell was possible earlier in the season. He is getting very close to becoming a 15-16 point and 7-8 assist player that he is certainly capable of being. Felt that this was one of Lin's top 5-10 games of the season because it was his third straight good game (showing more consistency) and tonight it was just a matter of his shot falling, he was consistent throughout. I think Lin is getting more comfortable in the Rockets system and what his role on the team is.
This kind of trolling is going to get a backlash and when the other side goes on their rants don't start whining and calling foul. You guys cry about the war of LOFs and "LOHs" but you guys are just as guilty.
Watched the Memphis OKC game. LOL at people thinking we have a chance against them. There back court is so scary on D. Lin & Harden are going to have a tough going of it. Prediction is that they sweep us.
It's disgusting reading some of the old "Lin sucks" threads. If you followed his career, you'd know that he was going to improve.
I think the "Lin has no jump shot" thing should be put to rest at this point. Since Jan 25th through tonight he's played 24 games Before this stretch he was 35/128 = 27% During this stretch he's 33/76 from three = 43% Not sure how long he can sustain that level but he's shooting the long ball really well as of late.
I think the injury he got also lingered physically or at least mentally when the season begun. For players coming back from injury sometimes takes time as it also takes toll on the player's confidence level aside from the player conditioning. Hopefully with him playing, LOHs and LOFs can shake hands already...
