If Lin and Harden weren't extremely efficient tonight it would have been a loss...almost followed Cleveland's path tonight.
HUGE win...this makes it VERY hard for utah to catch us, especially cause we got the tie-breaker, they gotta make up 3.5 games with like 15 left...cant see it happening
another fun and weird stat that doesn't meet the eyeball test: +/- Robinson 0 DMO +8 Parsons 0 Harden + 7 Lin -3 Beverly + 10 hmmmm
All those newer posters and 06ers that are so so concerned that Harden's career will be shortened due to extended minutes?
You think so? I don't want to bail on him so quickly... I do like his defense quite a bit... I just feel like he doesn't take enough of the responsibility when he's on the floor. Defers too much to Delfino - who has to bail them out of holes he digs them into... I'd be ok with trying Brooks out. I would also like to see DMo run with the bench unit and use him as a focal point of the offense.
Whew... Almost lost it when Lin got out of the game. Rockets can't stop Jazz bigs in the 4th quarter....
Absolutely....both firing up 3's is ridiculous. Both need to be catching the ball in the post and NOT putting the ball on the floor but go straight to the basket.Chandler is really struggling right now. No Lin and Harden, we don't win.
Second game I've missed this year - looks like we came out with good energy and it looks like our guards played some fine defense. Especially nice numbers for Jeremy and Robinson with a bunch of rebounds. Hope it was as fun as it looks like it was. ( I watched high school kids in "You're a good man, Charlie Brown" and that was lots of fun too.)
Single game +/- is nearly useless. Even season long +/- is near useless. Too much context is necessary to make any use of it.
Man, Harden was absolutely cold in the 2nd half, and DMo was just plain awful the entire game. He had multiple opportunities to seal the game w/ corner 3's, and just couldn't nail them down. It's exactly how GSW got to such a huge lead on us - play off DMo, let him miss, and push the ball. Got to fix something there - either hit to gym, or fix the playbook.
