ugh the kings are SO bad...howd we lose to them?

 

the most crazy thing is, Harden will not get those calls like he did at the playoffs game. If their d can't tighten up, they will be beat down ugly. Because they can't score.

 

Sick to my stomach. We blow the 6th seed like that? Wednesday is must-win vs. Utah.

Lakers won...

 

Everyone on the rockets are not used to losing its an adjustment. Harden needs more help out there this is a new role for him and its a process for him when it comes with dealing with this new role. Like I said he averages over 26 points a game the next highest guy on the team is Parsons with 15. As a team they score a lot but most of that comes from Harden and Lin creating for others. More players on this team need to step up as well as the coaching

 

McHale better be keeping wraps on D-Mo's post game because he's trying to protect his confidence and not let him have any negative experiences, because I can't think of any other good reason not to use D-Mo in the post. It'll improve our defense, give us another option on offense, and not tire out Harden/Lin/Parsons as much. Plus it'll give us more opportunities to see Parsons' tip in jams.

 

Yep take Kobe off that team they are good... take Harden off the rockets and...

 

They still have Dwight Howard. We have noone if Harden is gone.

I remember that someone here was very high on Bev

....that Bev was outplaying Lin

....that because of Bev's outstanding defense, the team can afford not to play Lin.

I wonder if he feel's the same way? Hmmmmmm

 

Who knows, Harden has missed but 1 or 2 games. I was hoping he'd rest for a couple games so we could churn out some offense from the bigs and expierment a little.

Maybe we'd move the ball alot better and Harden would watch this from the bench and learn something.

Maybe the team would gain alot more confidence in themselves knowing they don't always need Harden to generate offense.

 

You got Lin and the others to spread Harden's points. Defensively, you're not losing much with Harden being out. It's easier to spread the points then lose a good defender, such as Howard (or Asik in Houston's case). Reason Lakers still winning is that Kobe's points can be distributed and Howard is a defensive juggernaut.

 

Same can be said about the Celtics and Rondo... Lakers need to lose already!

Terrible game... but a big part is just extremely cold shooting compared to their normal performance (or the normal performance of almost any NBA team, really). Seems this is just one of these games where you look at tape, fix a few things but for the most part just forget about it knowing that it is just as abnormal as the 45-point win vs. Utah.

 

Why continue to be harsh when the loss hurts? Not cool, man.
