What did Thompson have a career high in exactly?

Harden's lack of defensive effort (too many times this year) is a major reason I don't consider him in the company of the "elites"... yet. The accolades he gets are mainly because of his scoring.

I do think he can change though. Defense can be learned. But time will tell.

an off night of shooting for parsons, dmo and beverly (though he hasnt been shooting that much in the past anyway *lack of confidence?*)

if these guys could have showed up then we wouldve won this game through sheer points whether we were playing bad D or not. thats how the rox have been in the past and we just outscore the opponent.

*yeah, we have been pretty good in D in the past games (2nd halves usually), but im just saying we really have been beating teams through sheer point output

For real man, you CAN'T play small ball and be bad at switching on D. It's how you balance out being under-sized. I don't know how many small ball line-ups I have seen that are so bad at switches.

All those off-ball screens made me cry.

Well, Lin got DMo plenty of good looks; DMo just missed all his open shots, so you can't blame Lin for having low assists this game.

    Just reading the game thread....

It's amazing how much blame Harden gets when DMO and Parsons have completely pathetic games, while he almost gets a triple double...

statistically, he's one of the best all around players in the NBA. not guards, players. it doesn't really matter if you consider him an elite, he already is.

at the beginning of the game they brought up the top 5 players stats wise for the MVP running, and what do you know harden was #4

I wish we ran more of them. It makes it easier for an offensive player to score as he will likely shoot an un-contested shot.

    That's what I find funny.

We play small and don't. You'd think if we'd play small we'd just stick the big to the center and have everyone switch but nope.

15 games left. Need to win at least 8 out of the 15 to get into the playoffs.
