Talk is cheap with 15 games left in the season.

Well said. But the coaches treat Harden as their boss, so it's not likely to happen.

Not sure if it's a "character disorder", but even if it is, I think Harden is at least trying and has gotten better. Friday's game against the Twolves, there was a possession where he passed to Lin who missed a trey. Someone got the offensive rebound and gave the ball back to Harden, Harden passed it to Lin again, and Lin made the 2nd trey. You rarely see this in the beginning of the season. (Of course, Lin's abysmal 3p% back then might have something to do with it.)

At least we still hold the tiebreaker over the Warriors.

The Rocket Bigs were horrible. Bench was horrible. Obvious facts are obvious.

Were you watching the game? Most of Curry's 3's came off of a strong pick, and no Rocket rotated over to contest his shot. What is Lin supposed to do ... teleport through screens like Nightcrawler from X-Men ?

T-Rob isn't even given a chance. I'll take his TO's and ill-advised ISO's in the paint, in exchange for that energy and motor he brings on the court. At least we give the other team a different look on offense so they don't zone it up all game.

I get that he can't space the floor, so why not try him at backup C, instead of Smith. If they need to, work extra hours with D-Mo & T-Rob so they can start playing together when Asik goes out.

Dude, it is designed by Mch*ail, called spacing, so Harden can go to work. The other 4 are NBA players, you think they don't know how to cut?

Your last statement sums it all up....to have more energy than us when we are playing the team directly above us with a chance to overtake them and at home and go absolutely lay down is inexcusable. The next 5 games really scare me.

As much as Harden is a huge threat offensively, he plays bad terrible D. Jeremy played great D today but you could see towards the end he was getting tired. HE was the only one who balled tonight.

As I said several times, the only two Rockets players can create their own plays: Harden and Lin. And out of the two, Lin is the only one who plays D. Parsons can look foolish trying to dribble and drive to the basket; he has to stop thinking he's some do-it-all type of player. The most he can do is catch and shoot, or catch, fake and shoot, or catch, take one or two steps and then shoot or pass. He is not a multi-dimensional player. For Harden to become a better on D, you have to let Lin handle the ball most of times, so conserve Harden's energy, so that Harden can use some of his energy towards D. The way Harden has been played for long minutes, he simply has no energy left at the end of the season, and I am afraid he will get injured. TRob is a joke and needs to be sent down to D-League to further develop his game; he's not ready for NBA at this time. Asik is a gorilla who thinks he's a ballerina; he has to change his attitude before he becomes a force on the offensive end. The only reason he gets as many points as he does is because he plays for Rockets who doesn't have a bona-fide big man. The reason Mac is not a good coach is because he should have rested Harden as much as possible, so Rockets has a decent chance to win against Utah, which is a must-win.

Parsons shoots 2-13. Beverley shoots 0-4. Bench overall is 6-25. Harden scores 21 in 40 minutes but gives up more.

BUT nevermind all that, Lin sucks!

I've noticed this with McHale all season. He always waits too long to react or make adjustments or call time outs, etc. By the time he reacts momentum is already lost or the game is out of reach.
