All I see is Lin Lin Lin Lin. And Parsons/D-Mo/Harden's defense gets a free pass. I see how it is.

i hate to see this iso crap with harden when the at the end of quarters.....it never works

 

I sat here and watched every single second of this game... Even down to the end I didn't quit... wish I could say the same for the Rox

If you watched enough games, you should know we will have a bad shooting night according to the law of physics, and if we don't have sufficient defense to stop an offensive team like GSW, we will lose.

And even before the game, my guess would be we prob not gona beat GSW 4 times this year, they are gona come out fully motivated, and they did.

They out energy us on both end of floor, it is a lost, suck it up and go sleep, kids.

 

Exactly, Klay isn't suppose to be a 20+ points a game player. When he does it either means he got really hot, bad D on the opposing player/team, or a combination of both. You expect someone like Curry to have around his usual points (for a normal 30-35 minutes game), which shows that Curry is a bad defender since Lin had 21 points off him.:grin:

 

I think I have said this. Let me say it again. Harden has character disorder which means he doesn't trust others easily and lacks communication skills. He is NOT an ideal teammate right now. This is the same personality issue with Melo and Tracy. But Harden is still young, all he needs is a coach who is a little bit like a father figure to him to earn his trust, a coach who can provide absolute support AND tough love. I don't think Mchale will cut it.

 

I don't like Harden's iso either and cringe every time the whole dribble-down-the-shot-clock act goes down. BUT, the other 4 players need to shoulder some responsibilities. They don't cut, move, or do anything; they just stand there and watch Harden, which allows the defense to focus solely on Harden. Harden is a great passer. If someone is open, he'll make the pass. The other 4 need to move, set screen, cut, or do something to distract the defense.

 

We'll do better next game!
It's a bummer now, but with this we'll get stronger!!!

I didnt say he couldnt shoot. I asked you if he's on Curry's level because you felt it was unfair to blame Harden for Thompson going off if you dont blame Lin for Curry going off.

Curry is a 45% shooter, so clearly Thompson is not at his level. So Harden got lit up by an inferior player.

You go into games thinking the best guy on the other team is gonna get his, but you gotta contain everyone else. Curry is the stud, Thompson is part of the everyone else and he was not contained.

 

Especially with no one on him...

 

Same goes for Curry...

 

No I heard the same logic in NY with Melo. No one's cutting or moving cause the point of the iso is to get everyone out the way, so they're just doing what they're told.

 

Harden is a super amazing efficient scorer, but if he is not defending his man he should at least be doing active help defense instead of ball watching.
