I'll admit that players may listen to Harden solely because he came from a winning mentality in OKC. Also, look at the previous threads that proclaim Rafer to be the team leader. Obviously you don't have to be the most talented....

I'm pretty sure you're Asian. As I said in my previous point, the players know who their leader is, and I have heard Parsons and Lin both respond, on radio, that Harden is their team's leader.

Perhaps my judgement could be biased. I thought Lin was a scrub before he broke out in NY...now he's about average.
