Ed Reed visits Texans facility

Other teams have this thing called a draft, too. While the Broncos, Colts and Patriots are adding players in free agency in addition to the draft, the Texans are losing guys left and right, finding no veteran replacements in FA, and seemingly relying on the draft to fill everything. That is awfully reminiscent of the early 2005 offseason blueprint.

 

Come on. As if we don't already have injury issues in Houston with the Rockets and Texans... we don't need it to get worse.

 

no panic here...i think they peaked already and can't possibly address all their needs given cap space and limited number of draft picks. already made my peace with that.

this is just kinda embarassing. pretty sure my Dallas friends will be emailing me this weekend with unpleasant thoughts about all this.

i am not nor have ever been a fan of signings like this. going back to wilbur marshall, barkley, pippen, or whomever. the only time its worked is with roger clemens.

SMH, this is getting embarrassing. They can't wait on one man while the broncos, colts, patriots, 49ers and even the chiefs are getting better. Its frustrating but all we can do is watch. At least get McCain and Heyward-Bey signed cause one or both could get snatched up this weekend

Apparently Reed had a prior arrangement to attend and told his agent to keep working on a deal.
