he's better than Delfino in every way what are you crazy stop using analytics for everything J.R. Smith has matured this year, he would be a great sixth man for the Rockets
Like you know how mature he is. The dude doesn't fit our puzzle. Tough luck. Go find another player that fits with this team.
Seriously? Do you even look at #'s or just highlight tapes? His Efg is 47%. TS% is 50, for reference Lin is 53 and Harden 61.
Did he seriously just rap to his career? I hope there is more to his life than what he was rapping about. I've never heard rap that was so trivial. It comes off like he's talking about a trip to the grocery store. I get that milk It feels like silk On my throats My esophagus it coats I seem dem eggs and start movin' my legs I pick up that carton And start smiling like steve martin It's a whole new day When I go to pay I pull out that bank card Like I'm playing in the yard Ooo ooo oooooooooo Don g gettin that paper bag Oh, I wish I could shag We's at the grocery stooooooooorrreee-or-or-or And draggin this cart cross dat flooooooorrr-or-or-or Look at those apples so sweet Imma gettin nem out the heat ..... Trivial rap. So exciting. FOR ME TO POOP ON!
JR made a comment last year that if the Knicks matched the Rockets offer for Lin "there would be trouble in the locker room". In the playoffs last year against Miami he was off but kept chucking. Talented as he is he would be trouble.
I would love to have JR on the team. He is a great second unit player to have and would fit perfectly with our style of play.
For anyone who thought that song was cool, just imagine if you were a JR acquaintance and he told you those things about himself on a daily basis...every time you guys were together. Good news! You can get a double dose because now, he can also get you to listen to the song. All hail JR!

Definition of a ball hog, gunner, chucker. When he's hot it's great but that happens way too infrequently. He's probably going to end up shooting under 40%. Anyone can put up points if they get to jack shots up.
He's like the down's syndrome version of Kobe. Wasted potential though. 6th man is good, but he could have been a star if his mind was right.
Wow. One phrase comes to mind: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/VDRrjFjJ9fI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I don't want J.R. Smith rubbing his garbage on Harden and crew. While he's a good 3 points shooter, he takes so many crappy long 2s when he could have easily take it to the hole with his athleticism. Million dollar talent, 10 cents head.
JR Smith doesn't follow any gameplan, and he doesn't play defense unless he feels like it. A lot of people see him as a good 6th man but the 6th man needs to be a model NBA player like Barrea, Delfino and Francisco Garcia. That's because the 6th guy gets the most volatile PT, and he's the guy who leads the 2nd unit and gets them pumped up for the game. Smith is a cancer and total complainer, he'll complain about everything from PT, to his salary, shots, game plan etc. and that gets the team down. Look at how bad and undisciplined the Knicks team are right now, Smith is a big contributor to that.
