Draws are in: Malaga - BVB Real - Galatasaray PSG - Barca Bayern - Juve Except for Bayern-Juve there's always a clear favourite in my opinion, Bayern is like 60:40 favourite vs. Juve for me.
Pretty sure they always set themselves up for huge semis and the best final possible, all about money and advertizing. If the top dogs would clash in the quarters the semis would be pretty boring.
Bayern-Juve best clash by far. No Ibra in the first leg so that's good for us Cules. Lol at Madrid vs Galatasaray. Isco vs Gotze should be nice as well. Predictions. Barca Bayern Madrid Dortmund
PSG is still strong even without Ibra. Lavezzi is a stud. Still I think it plays out like this... Real - Have to think that Real's stronger showing lately will carry them past the weakest team in the finals Barca - Don't think PSG has what it takes to show up at Nou. Dortmund - Malaga has proved themselves hard to score on, but BVB will prevail because Jurgen Klopp is a genius. Bayern - Wouldn't be entirely surprised to see the Old Lady pull this out, especially after Bayern's poor home showing against Arsenal. But I wouldn't bet on it.
Bayern v Juventus and Barcelona v PSG are the headlines from the quarterfinal draw. I like Bayern over Juventus and Barcelona over PSG, but I would not be suprised to see either Juventus or PSG advance. With the other two draws it seems pretty straight forward. I can't envision either Galatasaray beating Real or Malaga beating Borussia. I think we are going to see a Germany/Spain semifinal with those countries respective squads advancing. Now I am torn as to weather I would want to see them drawn together and have a borussia/Bayern and Barcelon/Real semi, or have them split up as to leave the opening for an all German or all Spanish final.
I have already reserved hotels for all possible dates in all four possible semifinal cities (Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, Dortmund (Essen actually, only crap hotels in Dortmund)). They fill up fast after the draw is out. All refundable, of course . I see it exactly like Yung-T. Bayern vs. Juve is the most evenly matched semi-final, and it's an advantage for Juve that they play in Munich first. All other three are pretty obvious to me. I don't see how Barca, Real, Dortmund would not advance.
Sour, Kraut? Anyways, I will rep hard for a stream today. Moved and don't have my slingbox working ATM.
The ref sucks. Both Vidal and Barzagli should have gotten a yellow card, instead he books Mandzukic? What the hell? Anyways, Bayern simply dominating. Should have at least scored one more goal.
Yea, ref messed up. Also would've liked us to secure another goal, gotta use one of your chances to prevent Juve from stealing this game with a lucky tie.
Barca PSG has been good so far. Alves assist was beautiful. PSG has had too many chances so far, they need to get on point or Barca will kill em.
