    You call them specialist or high end role players

    Star player or Allstar in this league 18 pts and 7 or 8 assists during a season
    Superstar .... 24+ and 9+ asts and other stats

    This is how it is and will be
    You can claim all you want how great he is

    He is an above average PG nothing more and his defense is far from game breaking. He is not an elite defender like Avery Bradley or Tony Allen and his ability to run an offense is questionable at best.

    and he was are best player on the grizzlies team in last year's playoffs and the year before he hit a game tier to send the game into overtime against the thunder.

    stop trying to be the "rational" memphis fan poster.

    James Harden laid an egg in last year's final but according to rockets fans he's already the greatest sg in the league.

    pretty much anybody that watched that series realizes how good Mike played and most grizzlies fans called Mike the best player on our team in last year's playoffs.

    of course my status on these boards is going to draw ire. If I would have posted Jeremy Lamb superstar? I would have gotten laughed off the boards/

    I am not sure what has happened to Rudy's shot other than the fact that his shoulder injury still affects him.

    He's just not as good as you made him out to be! Not even close, at that!


    And on top of that....Jeremy Lamb becoming a superstar is so much more feasible than Rudy Gay getting on Durant's level or Mike Conley getting on Tony Parker/CP3/Westbrook's level. Not saying Conley isn't good, because he is, but it's simply laughable and deranged to think he's at the elite level.
