For a Wednesday night game against a bad team the crowd was pretty good last night. It was mostly full and it was really cool they gave Luis a Standing O. Are we seeing a changing trend in attendance?
yeah we have great young talent with polarizing players and plenty of drama. It's stuff that espn loves, that's why they're picking up so many games. what more can you ask for?
I was very surprised. Just prior to tip-off, the place was less than half full. But by the 2nd quarter it was nearly full. I think the whole Noche Latina and Luis Scola's return were big parts of that.
I showed up at halftime (Work till 7, traffic from League City). Anyway I loved the enthusiasm we had out there last night. And everyone was ready for AB0 to take over! Glad coach put him in! Also T Rob had a NASTY alley oop from Anderson that got me outta my seat. IDK why but I felt really good about how our team was playing (more so than most games, except the Heat game, Heat game was CRAZY)
I was watching PHX feed last night and they were joking about how empty the arena look, especially lower bowl, for a sellout home game.
I go to a bunch of games, and usually the crowds suck so why not give some props when people show up.
There are bars lining the lower deck...people sit up there and watch the game quite a bit, giving the appearance of no-shows.
