    Harden. Brooks. Delfino. Beverly. Parsons.

The amount of threes I shoot with them online is ridiculous. Drive or shoot threes. At least half of my shots per game are threes. The rest are in the paint. Some unfortunate long twos because 2k is stupid. Changing the sliders help. I put my midrange to 0.

Playing with the Rockets online is just too easy.

It's hard for me to even finish a game online. I think I've maybe finished two. Every time I play someone quits and I'm not even that good lol. I stick to my Association or MyCareer now.

I started using the Bucks in association, my god- Monta Ellis is unstoppable. I just drive like no tomorrow, and dish it out to Jennings or Reddick for the three when the D collapses.

OK! We now have our beloved Brooks back in the lineup.

So guys, who do you run with for your starting lineup online? I'm going with Lin, Harden, Delfino, Parsons, and TRob. Off the bench I have Brooks, Anderson, Garcia, Montiejunas, and Asik. I like to run a fast pace game where I shoot tons of 3's. I've been having mixed results so far. Would love to hear what you use for Houston.

If you like shooting 3's, which I'm sure everybody does, you gotta have Beverley in the lineup. He's surprisingly one of the better 3 point shooters on the team in that game.

I can't think of any reason why you have Asik coming off the bench and having T-Rob start at center. The starting lineup you gotta go with on the Rockets is Lin-Harden-Parsons-TRob-Asik. Rebounding is an underrated factor in 2K.

As for the bench, that can vary, but I roll with Beverley/Brooks-Delfino-DMO-and occassionally Greg Smith. Rockets don't have great depth past the first couple players in 2K so I usually roll with my starters for a vast majority of the time.

tell me about it. Bargnani actually hits his wide open 3's. Always fun to play w/ a team that can spread the floor like the Raptors.

My career mode for me. Created a PF, drafted by 76ers but asked for a trade in the second season to Rockets. Sorry DMO, Akim is starting now;)

lol people. no matter how good the Rockets are, I prefer to play with other teams. my favs include:

Raptors - play just like the rockets (in the game)

Trailblazers - Aldridge, plus Wes Matthews has an awesome release that helps me shoot lights out.

    Sac - Cousins

    Memphis - Z-Bo/Gasol

Jazz - i know i know but, put Hayward in at the 2 (lights out shooter), I move Millsap to the 3, bring in Favors at the 4, and Jefferson...well enough said.

As you can see, I like playing w/ guys like Aldridge, Z-Bo, Cousins, Big Al. Unarguable if you actually take the time to learn the post moves in the game. Up and unders & finger rolls to the basket all day long. Plus when the shot-clock runs out, all those dudes can heave up a shot or do a turn around-fade away w/ an actual prayer of it going in.

Hi Jsizzle - For some reason, I can not for the love of god make any 3's with beverly. I think he's terrible in the game along with Asik. I like TRob because he seems to gather himself more quickly than Asik does on offense. I think D-Mo in the game stinks. He's slow and he has a horrible release shot. What am I missing?

What up dmenacela...trust me. Bev has a 3 point symbol next to his name, you just gotta find that release. Going into the practice mode for a little just to find the sweet spot is usually a good way to go. Trust me...Bev/Brooks are much better at 3's than Lin in that game (even though I still like Lin better than those 3 just because of his other strengths - rebounding, speed, dribbling)

As for Asik, roll with him at center. Dunks everything and rebounds well, which should be your primary concerns with centers if you are guard oriented. He can't do much in the post, and he's not that great at free throws, but you gotta get rebounds, and Asik is the best on the squad. And I agree with Robinson. He's probably overrated in the game, but he can easily finish and rebound and that's all you really need.

As for DMO...I tend to agree. He's only a 59 overall so you gotta temper your expectations. I can hit the occasional 3 with him but usually when he's in it's just until I can get some subs that aren't fatigued back in.

Finally got 2k13 again! any online associations out there? Maybe it was just my online connection but the gameplay seemed kind of choppy and slow compared to 2k12. anyone else think the same or is it just my connection/getting used to the game?

I guess I would do it. Only if on Hall of Fame difficulty. The other difficulties were way too easy to score.

I was thinking this too but I'm kind of anxious to start one now. Have had a bunch of free time lately so was going to gauge the interest here.

nah I mean go ahead and start one, I'm just saying I probably won't be able to get into it until summer. Starting to get into crunch time for my classes and for me it'd do more harm than good haha
