They probably won't drop off too much. Steve Nash takes the reigns, and that's been proven to work in the regular season.
This is kobe and lakers we are talking about, he won't miss a single game. The next game, all the headlines will read how Kobe comes back and play through pain blah blah blah!

It was just an unfortunate injury, don't always have to blame somebody else Kobe.
Kobe walked off the court. I have seen worst ankle twist on the court but players don't miss games after game. See Dirk.
I actually agree with Kobe...as a shooter, you cant protect your self once your off the ground...and the most important thing is the landing...and if the defender eats that space apart...as you are landing, how are players not supposed to roll their ankle or get serious injuries... And for all the people clamouring for Kobe to get hurt or injured...that is just plain wrong...I rather beat someone when they are fully healthy as opposed to giving them an excuse... Tonight people wil forget that Kobe missed the jumper, but everyone will focus on D Jones interfering with the landing of a jump shooter... I want the Lakers to fail when everyone is healthy...that is more demoralizing than having their HOF player be out for an extended period of time. Knowing Kobe, he will patch this up and be ready to go in their next game....
This team is toast without Kobe. They might be able to make it a couple of games, but the Lakers will eventually sink like a stone if he's out an extended period of time. They just don't have enough talent on that roster. It's not my ankle, but the fact he walked off the court is a good sign. "Indefinite" here probably means a week at the most.
kobe will play next game and I don't see anything dirty about that play. dude just stood there, didn't undercut him or anything.
OMG he's not even injured. Kobe always fakes an injury whenever he has a bad game. He might use this as an excuse to sit out the next game because he knows the Lakers are losing @Indy with him anyway (although they have a chance running a team centric offense if he sits... gamblers take the line for the Lakers on that one for sure!)
Looks pretty bad, but if that's a severe ankle sprain, then what would u call Aaron Brooks's sprain from a few years back...
