Its a local broadcast, god forbid a CSN HOUSTON broadcaster actually root for the team they are broadcasting.
Bill's great in comparison to most local broadcasters...go watch league pass and you'll hear that EVERY announcer has homerish comments but Biill is definitely not the worst offender
I don't like the Rockets' broadcasting, but it's more because of Clyde's stupidity than Bill's homerism. If I had to nitpick, sometimes Bill seems uninterested in the game. But who knows, that might just be the nuances you pick up from watching the same casting duo time and time again.
I have listened to so many announcers this year on the away games because I have to download every game. Bill is an all star compared to the rest of the leagues announcers, I for one am happy that he is here.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. MY LEAGUE PASS IS DOOMED!

Friday game in Portland. Was probably slated to be either a 10 or 10:30 game as Portland is in the PST.
The four letter network deserves a little love for this. This doesn't make up for your robot programming but, THANK YOU!!
Sigh. I guess I'll swallow my disappointment at losing yet another 2 games from my League Pass Broadband here and just be happy for the 60% down there in H-Town. (I am definitely NOT renewing this sh-t next year though. Not worth the $$ with the amount of games they randomly take away via ESPN and NBATV)
I think it's mostly due to the ESPN schedule, and which NBA teams are playing that day. I doubt the Rockets would be televised if there was a Boston/Dallas game going on at the same time. The biggest indicator of fan interest is always seats filled at home arena.
