to add to that, let's not forget the team that t-mac did that against as well as the defender that was on him during that stretch. It'd be like someone doing that on luol deng against the bulls or paul george against the pacers. Great individual defenders are on amazing defensive teams. Possible but there's a reason it was the first time we've seen it since reggie did it.

And lets wait until Durant even hits 60 points before we start dropping 81+ on everyone lol.

The only thing amazing about the 81 points is Toronto never doubled him. WTF.

This is just usual Kobe hate...

Sure he shot a ton, but he went 28-46, 7-13 from 3 point land, 18-20 from the line. That's pretty damn good efficiency, and when you're hitting your shots, how can you criticize that? And who cares how bad the team he's playing is? 81 points is 81 points, and it's amazing any way you look at it.

8 in 9 would have been impossible if they actually called Miller for shoving his man to the ground like they should have. So I guess if you want to root for more awful calls in the NBA it could happen.

I doubt it. Possible, but Durant just doesn't have the mentality to do something like that.

If that how the offense rolls and hes open shouldn't he take the shot? I cringe every time WB shoots it but still hes an effective scorer. Hes a great attacker and if Durant draws attention that's even better for his teammates. Obviously Durant should get majority of the shots, but the fact that they are still winning is great. This wont happen in the playoffs.

81 points will never happen again because Marc Jackson's team will just start hacking him before he even touches the ball.

I admit I really do not like Kobe as a player. I do not understand how he can be so selfish when he played with great offensive low post players (how can you keep shooting in a final and missing when you have shaq in the low post).

That being said, he is a player with great skills, and he had a great game. ofcourse it was a eficient game. But players like Durant have just as efficient games but just do not shoot that often.

Ofcourse it is impressive to score 81 points, but just not a big of a deal as many people make of it. Like I said there are many players who could have scored more than 80 points if they played as selfish as Bryant does.

Nah.... Nobody will shoot 94% like a Nash or Kevin Martin, Ray Allen and be a scorer like Jordan, Kobe, Durant
