Anything I said should not be construed as an indictment of McHale as a coach or even as a player. Even though he might not have given 100% effort all the time (as Larry desired), McHale was still a great, great player.

Now that's just imposing pseudo-psychoanalysis onto McHale. Moreover, Lowry's always had attitude issues before and after (Toronto was shopping him earlier this season for god's sake).

Since the roster has turnover completely, there's nothing to compare Mchale’s coaching record too. Would Rick Adelman done a better job with this roster then McHale? CF can only speculate.

This is what I’m willing to put my money on. If Rockets makes the playoff, Kevin Mchale will still be Rocket's coach next year. Now CF have something to compare too, this year's record vs. next year's. This year's playoff results vs. next year's. Until then these thread are going to be fruitless.

Now if Rockets don’t make it, I think he should be fired.

Yeah actually I think McHale is kind of a "young" coach and he's growing along with the team.

We have been getting an average of 10.73 offensive rebounds in the last 63 games before this Suns game.

The four of them got a total of 7 rebounds among the total of 15 offensive rebounds (39.8% increase over 10.73) the whole team got. Parsons and TRob got three all together.

Among the players that McHale didn't refer to, DMo got three rebounds.

Yes, the team's total of 39 rebounds compared with the Suns' total of 47 was arguably one of the reasons why we lost, but the way McHale said it sounded like nitpicking to me on certain players even he didn't gave the names. It would be better if he just pointed out which position(s) should have done better in rebounding, or specifically offensive rebounding, last night.

So as usual, it's always the players, win or loss.

If you add the minutes of Parsons, TRob, Lin and Beverley, it is exactly 90 minutes. So he did include the PGs in that statement.

He was pissed off with high TOs in those recent 3 losts, he was not mentioning names, but we all know who he was referring.

In those 3 recent games we lost, Lin had 10 TOs, Harden had 18 TOs, guess coach is also got fed up with our super start Harden but he dare not vent his anger toward him.

Are you really gonna do this everytime Robinson is mentioned? We got the point. Patterson is a stud.

McHale will get the credit due him when he begins to openly share the responsibilities for both wins and losses.

Have you heard about such things as on-job training and coaching?

Rockets as a for-profit business should be no different.

And who should be held accountable when the head coach is not not doing an adequate job in certain areas?

I don't hate McHale but my 2013 join date is not when I became a Rockets fan so take it for what its worth. I think we have been exceeding expectations but had issues with inexperience and poor mistakes. The age, inexperience, and the personnel turnover of the players has really hurt.

This team is helping him build his first passable resume as a head coach.

When McHale begins to admit in public the fair share of his responsibilities, all these posts will disappear. Believe me.

    lol lies.

The McHale hate jumped up by x1000 percent as soon as he called Lin a home run hitter and then the 4th qtr benching. Now it seems like every thread they have to throw in a dig or two at him and non-stop 24/7 hate lol. I don't like his subbing pattern much but this type of hate is overboard for an overachieving team.
