Looks like after they got word of the leaked conversation they went ahead and cut him. A good move considering the speculation that would follow after this article.
Wish they could catch one of these convos between Morey and an opposing teams GM. That would be hella epic.
Would end with the other GM excusing himself to take a shower because he suddenly felt dirty for some reason. After which his staff would find him crying in a ball in the corner of the shower room.

Weird, according to the article the Buffalo GM called the number back numerous times trying to get ahold of who he thought called him. I guess the dudes that did this didn't have a personalized outgoing voicemail message...either that or the GM was really, REALLY stupid and didn't pick up on the fact that it was someone else's voice and name on the outgoing message.
I'm guessing they don't have a personalized message.....prob just the generic, "You've reached 713...blahblahblah" But this was an awesome idea that potentially went TOO well. Now that it's been published, I'm wondering what kind of legal action the Bills and Bucs will take against the pranksters.
