It's a bit weird that we're reading about this. Certainly makes one have a yearning to gaze upon the purple mountains' majesty. At least they'd look purple during the visit. Maybe green, with golden highlights. I see significant population growth in Colorado in the near future. There has always been a large expatriate colony of Texans in the state, at least as long as I've been going there, starting in the late '60's. It's been a while, but I recall an unusual number of hot chicks in the population, not all of them from the Lone Star State. Dude, that's a great combination.
the ski towns are horrible male:female ratios. Way more men than women Maybe you're talking about Boulder or Denver or something. I've never thought their women held a candle to those of Texas. Not even close
That's mostly where I spent time back then, especially Boulder. I certainly never said that their chicks were hotter than those in Texas, just that they had a large proportion of them when I was there, and many of the ones I met were actually from Texas. Boulder being a college town, of course there were lots of girls there, similar to Austin during the same time period, except a smaller town, of course. I haven't been there is several years. Heck, most of my friends in Colorado today live in Fort Collins, where they started a successful eatery about 25 years ago. Two of them are the kid brothers of one of my best friends. I haven't seen them in years, but hear about them through the grapevine.
fwiw, the first ever U.S. Cannabis Cup is in Denver this year.. happening on 4/20 if anyones in the area.
