that's fine but is it relevant in this case? Paul George is brilliant in transition, spot ups, slashing, off screens, basically, where Parsons scores 80-85% of his points. In fact, he's even more physically gifted. More athletic, longer. Put him in a Parsons role on a team with Harden and Lin, you'd have a brilliant fit.

But George is on a team where he has to play next to two score-first shooting guards and create ~half of his own shots. On top of it, he has to typically do it vs. opponents' top wing defenders. Different situations.

Parsons's ceiling will be between Danilo Gallinari and Paul George. A couple of notches better than Gallinari and a couple of notches below George.

For a second round pick that is making less than 3 million in the next 3 years? Sign me up.

I am sorry to bring Lin into this. Parson has benefited significantly because Lin's playing style and his close friendship with Lin. Lin does bring out the best for those who plan with him. Before you want to argue with me, just take a look at Novak, Novak is a 3 points specialist and he was kicked around by few teams, including Rox and Knicks. Novak has not much higher stat ranking in pretty much any team he played until his explosive performance in Linsanity time. Look where is Novak now? He become a nobody again in Knick after Lin left.

He should be able to make a point without you getting on him. If you don't agree that's fine but that's his opinion I don't see where he did anything wrong.

I see your point...but he is just giving more ammo to trolls and butthurt vets to troll lin fans even more by linking Parsons break-out season to Lin and Linsanity.

Parsons points per 36min is only up 3 points from last year when Lin wasn't here. His FT is up 15%, FG is up 3%, 3pt is up 6%, on only 1 more shot attempt than last year, if you'd like to take credit for inspiring Parsons to practice his shot all summer.
