Exactly, isn't it his job to make sure this stuff is on the scouting report?

Being a professional athlete in this league is taking responsibility, going out there and saying what didnt I do well, what do I gotta do better and owning it.

... McHale also need to take some responsibility. He never took responsibility for his bad rotations... smh

McHale said "Everybody's got to rebound. Our twos and threes got to rebound.." just before the 4 guys remark. Didn't specifically mention PG.

Jeremy's rebound in particular have dropped recently. I wonder if they are wanting him to be concentrating on something else (e.g. in position to move the ball down the court), or if they are unhappy with it.

Well, just to play devil's advocate, Ohlbrecht used to have a bit of a bad rep in Germany.
I'm not really into the German basketball scene, so I wouldn't know what exactly the deal with him was but he might not have been completely innocent here.
That, or Robinson just lost his cool. Just saying. Let's not criticize the guy for something we know little to nothing about.

but if you say that then you can also say that the player thought they were doing it right. See that's just wrong.

A proper top 5 talent should cause DLeague scrub from sucky basketball country to be frustrated going up against him. Not the other way around.

This is what my problem with McHale is as well. He loves getting on the players when they mess up but rarely takes responsibility for his bone-headed rotations/decisions at times. That's why it's hard for me to take McHale seriously.

Who says he does not take accountability for things behind closed doors with the players?

    And who says he does?
Watching all the interviews I haven't seen where he has taken responsibility.

Are these the same horses that Patterson was eating to grow his jacked muscles?

Just give it a rest... It really doesn't matter if TRob never plays a game after today..... PPat was still not in a team's future.

He doesn't take responsibility for the losses in public because it is embarrassing but he has no problem blaming the players in public? It is apparent Mcfail has no problem dishing it out but he has a problem taking it in.

Listen to McHale's tone when he was talking about Asik in the beginning of the interview and his tone when the reporters were asking him about what Jeremy Lin said.

It's a noticeable change and I don't think its meaningless. Before you just dismiss this as "McHale hates Lin", consider this, maybe McHale does hate Lin.

I keed. Jokes aside, there is something to be said about unwarranted hate as opposed to being pissed at someone for not playing like a professional. The four guys with zero defensive rebounds include Jeremy.
