That's why he was just 5 points coming in for the 4'th quarter with 1 assist...He took advantage of Lin's 4th PF thus the 13 pts at the fourth...

True...but without Harden the ball would undoubtedly move better because that's 1 less guy who can create his own shot, which isnt a bad thing. The way the offense is styled...Lin or HArden need to be on the court at all times cause both need the ball to get in rhythm. There's no reason to have Beverely out there with the 2nd unit without Harden. Shot creating and scoring is not Bev's forte and that must be the worst offensive 5 collectively on the court in the NBA. Stagger Lin/Harden minutes like they used to.

Lin is running their "none-existing" Offense thus he has to drive in and out to make it work....if people should just watch one player make all the moves and let the other 4 stand as a scarecrow then better watch the Cavs..they do it often in there...

It was the 2nd Quarter that did us in. Beverly running the offense with Garcia and Delfino chucking away from the arc, not playing defense, and giving up too many 2nd and 3rd chance pts off of rebounds. Turnovers hurt too, but I saw that we had less TO's when we slowed the game down and not try to force passes in transition.
Phoenix isn't a slow team, Rockets couldn't outrun them like they usually do.

Can't believe how bad we've been playing. Since that Nets game a few weeks ago, we've been sucking hard. One exception was the Mavs game at home, but we've sucked ass in all the other games. We have an average record because we've been playing bad teams.

Wow, don't know what else to say. Harden played great. Can't name another Rocket who played "good." Team defense was horrible. Too many TO's. Can't rebound the damn ball.

Rockets sure do like to go into ****ty teams' arenas and lose. NO, PHI, MIN, SAC, WAS, PHO... list goes on and on.

All of these games where we are supposed to win.. we would easily and comfortably be at least in the 6th seed if we didn't play down to our opponent. This really pisses me off.

maybe the west bottom tier playoff teams are not much better than the east bottom tier playoff teams.

Dude move on and accept the fact...Yes Harden is a much superior player than Lin but Lin is a lot popular than him outside of basketball...don't take it on the the man when people like him more than the team star in Harden...

    Move on....

East playoffs teams are about equal to ours.

Is' just after 8, those other teams are pretty bad. Although I do think the Wizards would be in the race for 8th if Wall had started the season. They have been playing around .500 ball since Wall came back.

Hmm lets see... Beasley made a bs 3 before the end of the 3rd quarter andKendall Marshall made a prayer 3 with 1 on the shot clock in the 4th quarter

Rockets should've just kept fouling and sending Haddadi to the free throw line.

and memphis muscled their way into third place by percentage points over Clippers. obviously everything can change between now and the end of the season... we are a much different team that crushed the grizzlies back in December

can't believe we let this one get away in the 2nd quarter like that. there seemed to be a stretch of about five straight turnovers at one point that led to easy suns buckets. we were doomed from that point on.

Lin seems to just dribble the ball into a crowd and fall over, practically giving it away...

That 7-game homestand can't come any sooner. This would be huge for us since the team can now put in some extra days of practice for the next couple of weeks at home.

Man I had posted way before that Lin was not playing at par of his standards for tonight's game...my post was in response to one guy who was saying Dragic schooled Lin in this game...I clarified that Lin had 4 PF's coming on to the 4'th thus he has to switch off his defense on Dragic...and Lin did not suck mightily into this game in my opinion..he made some Bad TO's because he tried to drive into the Lane where Haddadi ( who had a heck of a game against us ) is waiting for him...and as normal with him in b2b, his shooting was off also...

And I only mentioned what I saw in the 4th quarter...heck even Lin had ISO'd on the fourth...it was lack of ball movement that cost us the game and our chaotic defense...

cant blame it on the b2b because phx was on one also. they brought the energy and just out worked us on the hustle plays. haddadi, pj tucker, kendall marshall, jared dudley, all brought it. sure, we got more talent, but that's what happens when you get sloppy, lazy, and take your opponent likely.
