I'm wondering the same thing. Our offense has slowed down considerably these past few games. If we are going to play at this pace we need some semblance of a post game. PnR gets old fast.
Bad decision making from both of our point guards. Credit the suns / dragic for really disrupting our offense through containing both beverly and lin. Rebounding...geez. And it would be nice if we could shoot above 41% from the field. And not turn the ball over 13 times between two players We totally deserved to lose this one.
So when he sucks or has a bad game, he has Asian fans but when he has a good game his fan comes in all shapes and sizes?? I think that's what you're insinuating here.
I wouldn't bet on it. Dragic owns Lin and there is no reason to have any confidence in Lin regarding this particular matchup. We may need to play Brooks.
Really? You really mean we can beat the worst team in the west at home? GIVE US THE CHAMPIONSHIP ALREADY!
The Rockets got outrebound and less fast-break. It's everyone fault. That's what young team has to face.
Smith just looks like he's not trying very hard. He played well in December, just don't get it. Perhaps Tim Ohlbrecht should have been the first off the bench instead of Smith. Over the course of the last few games everyone seems to be really ripping on all the guards -- not just Lin and Beverly but Harden too. Brooks played well in the past for the Rockets but it doesn't mean he's going to be the savior that everyone is hoping for. Also, I believe McHale did say that he was going to introduce Brooks slowly and not just drop him into rotation, which is a good thing in my opinion. There's so many that feel that they have to rip on a player...today is Lin, tomorrow is DMO, last week it was Asik, a few weeks ago someone referred to Parson as going into stupid mode and yesterday Harden. They're trying and I don't feel anyone of those guys have a give up attitude. Seriously, we need to be a lot more supportive of the Rockets
And was Harden always guarding Dudley? This whole thing about Harden giving no effort on defense is some BS mostly. Dude gets steals, and doesn't really get beat off the dribble. The problem is the team as a whole sucks with rotating, playing team defense. Harden plays into this because he'll ball watch at times. That doesn't mean he's out there being lazy.
Lin’s games this month: Magic 11/5 Mavs 21/9 Mavs 12/3 Warriors 15/4 Suns 11/4 Avg: 14/5 He’s right around his average. And he didn’t even play two 4th quarters. Dragic did not outplay him tonight. For most of the night Dragic was basically nullified. What Dragic did was take advantage at the end because of Lin’s foul trouble. Harden almost had a triple double the wrong way… excellent to see his shot back. I’m glad to see coaching stick with their starters late into the game. They need this type of experience together when the game is tight. Rox bench is just too weak. Suns bench came up huge, especially Hiddadi. Suns bench vs Rox bench: 54-30 Great to see Scola play again. Still one of my favorite Rockets ever. Looking forward to the next game.
lol you're a joke. Bevereley is scoreless in the last 51 minutes. Aaron Brooks is still having nightmares over Stephon MArbury clowning him in China. This team is one of the highest scoring teams in the league and Lin is more than adequate on defense. THis team cant grab rebounds to save it's life, there are much bigger issues than Lin. If Lin is just a role player then what are you so mad for? 13 pts, 6 assists is more than solid #'s from a role player...go blame the coach or management for not having a better option.
um dragic was 1-10 until the final quarter when he hit a couple because hit had to dial it back being in foul trouble
The answer is simple, McFail!!! We will never get out of first round if we keep him as our head coach
Irony here is McHales guy(Dragic) beat us by himself in the 4th. He is thinking thanks for letting him go Morey.
