Thank you, someone else finally noticed it. Its not so much of how good patterson was as a player, but the fact that we had something that clicked. Its just ridiculous passes that don't make it past the the FT line and running out the shot clock now.
Fk it then..... It is about building a contender not just a playoff team.. I will take the longer perspective over just a 7th or 8th spot
just mark it down. I am rarely sure about things but Robinson is not very good. He has no good elite qualities. His jumper is broken, undersized. He is not anyone worth sacrificing Patterson for
It goes beyond players, these are the same problems we had with Patterson/Morris, we weren't exactly tearing up the league with them either. These guys aren't ready game in and game out, they're not held accountable, hence they're not disciplined and it all starts with Harden. I wish we had a coach that's not afraid to bench the starters when they're not putting in effort. Stan Van Gundy would be nice.
A little off topic. but http://sulia.com/channel/la-sports/f/5f4a9611-4072-4eaa-b895-f8a7ee99b4ae/ The Kings were determined to get PPat to save their franchise player DeMarcus Cousins. No way we could keep PPat here.
I hated the trade. I said it was a bad trade but damn, gotta move on. What's done is done. No amount of love/hate for Robinson or Patterson will undo the trade.
I think Morey will go after Cousins and Patterson in a package if things does not work out in Sactown
Truly laughable and truly a shame how completely oblivious some people on here are to the words "patience" and "time"...
What is shameful is that Morey failed to be patient enough to give the Rockets time to keep improving before rushing to grab yet another lotto bust when he could have waited until summer to enter the lotto bust market again. What is more shameful is people who lack patience with what was already the youngest team criticizing others for lacking patience.
Sometimes it works out...sometimes it doesn't... But each and every time, it's foolish to jump to such hasty conclusions.
Except DD didn't see things earlier. When DD called Jordan Hill "The Man," I spoke of the sense of dread whenever Hill came into a game.
