I get frustrated because it doesn't look like we improve or make any adjustments from night to night, the only thing constant is the insane 3 point shooting. They still make the same mistakes they did in the beginning of the season. There's no discipline. Probably means there's no accountability either, McHale needs to get tougher on them.
