Player of the game is still Rudy Gay. Just plain sucked it up late in the 4th and overtime. He kept trying to play heroball when he was obviously ice cold and Derozan was hot. That mid range pull-up he kept going to in the clutch moments was about as frustrating as Rafer's floater. Gay tonight literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Saw this live. One of the most clutch things I've seen in a long time. This doesn't even include his dunk in the last seconds of OT that gives them the lead.

Actually no. I was watching the Rockets/GSW game the whole time and thought the Lakers were done since the Raptors were up during most of the game. For me, living in LA you sort of grow to hate all the douche Laker fans so I didn't give a damn watching any of their games. But tonight, damn it Kobe was such a stud. If it weren't for him the Lakers would have no chance at making the playoffs. Thank God the Rox won tonight.

Respect! Kobe is so good probably the 2nd best shooting guard EVER, he is 34 years old in his 17th nba season, that's respect he's an all time great

hate him when plays against the rockets and warriors always messes us up

How does somebody literally snatch defeat from the jaws of victory? I really hate it when people misuse the word 'literal' as hyperbole.

there are far less things to worry about, you know like dying? stubbing your toe? pouring a bowl of cereal only to discover you have no milk? Getting caught by your Grandmother cursing like a sailor? 17 year old girls? Suicide bombers? Starving kids in Nigeria? James Harden knee injury, need I go on?

Dwight Howard's clutch defensive play is the reason Kobe is able to lead the offensive comeback. Not a knock on Kobe, the man is seriously the greatest player of my generation. But Howard has been huge. And some people don't want him on the worst defending team in the league..

I hate the Lakers and follow every game. I'm a basketball fan. I want them to lose every game but unlike Lakers fans I want to know what's going on in the league.

No he hasn't, what stunk up the season for the Lakers was coaching and FO

You know how many assists Kobe had this game?

And the OT possession that tied it, Kobe was used as a decoy to get the ball to Nash who sunk that dagger 3
