NY is only 4 games for being tied with the 7th spot in the East....be sad if all the adjustments and be at the similiar position as last year.

In terms of Beverly's defense, I notice that he likes to press hard and fast way beyond the arc, before the opposing team's big has a chance to set a screen. Lin and Parson pretty much copied that in the 4th by trapping Curry hard before the screen came. The Warriors did great job on setting multiple screens tonight, including that elevator door one at ~:33 mark if I remember correctly.

It's either gamble on the double, or sit back and watch the Rockets interior D get prison raped by David Lee in the post.

Don't forget the crucial rebound of Lin on Curry's missed 3 point attempt. :)

Lin needs to have similiar stats and Rockets with the win....or the Dragic vs Lin trash talk will never end. He kindly shut down the Lowry vs Lin from the first Toronto game...

Me too...I was like..."Lin please don't leave Curry open"..but then, if it was David Lee they were double teaming so maybe it's only right....someone should just rotate to cover for him...

I was more nervous when although he was near Curry but his eyes were on the ball..LOL

Tell me if he forgot that Lin closed the 4th and said something about Beverley..... Yeah, nothing against Beverley as he played solid minutes...should have played a bit more though.

Calm down, that was the only bucket Curry got down the stretch. We won a huge game but everyone here is nitpicky, enjoy this one, playoff type win on the road.

Lin and harden didn't play as good as fans expected but down the stretch they played what they wer asked to play which is closing out the games, those throws made the game difference between winning and losing. perhaps dam ugly but a win is a win that counts. Talking about inconsistency, Mchale is the one not the others. under normal circumstances, you should stick with your starters regardless even you may lose. After all there are 82 games in a season and you will always lose some of those games with your starters down the stretch but you should stick with them except some occasions. Let's see how Mchale will do with his rotation plan in coming games.

gotta give credit to Curry there. he was able to keep in front of Lin most of the time tonight on defense. he's pretty damn fast.

I think people are nitpicky because it is a precursor to what the Rockets will have deal with if they make the playoff. The team needs to learn from tonight's mistakes and improve upon.

I am giving credit where credit is due tonight and mchale (who I'm sure doesn't read CF but might have had a talk with Morey) stuck with the core starters through most of the 4th. Funny how the one night we held the opponent to under 100 is the night harden goes cold. Again give credit to mchale for sticking with Lin's defense on curry even in a tight game and letting Lin handle the ball seeing how harden's shot was off tonight. Lin could have been better in the 4th Q but at least he knocked down clutch FT's... he did have a great 3rd Q. His shot was off tonight but his aggressiveness (his brand of basketball) was good to see. Parsons got us back in the game in the first half. I am liking how Asik is finishing around the rim. Ugly win but a great win nevertheless.
