Why do you expect Clutch to always have a fair assessment?

The day when Clutch said Lin's style of play reminded him Rafer Alston (http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?p=7488232#post7488232) is when I realized Clutch is just a fan like you and me and has his own opinions on everything discussed here, albeit he is the owner of this well-known website and he gets radio interviews for his role on this famous website.

Clutch was not shy to say he was strongly against Lin coming here in the beginning and we don't know if Lin has grown on Clutch or if Clutch is still doubtful Lin is the right player for PG position on this team.

If you know where Clutch is coming from, you wouldn't make a fuss about Clutch being fair or not in his assessment. I say this because I saw your comments in another game thread arguing very hard about Clutch should be neutral. Clutch is an administrator who posts his own opinions here. (Admistrators rarely post their own opinions on their websites. Maybe that's why you felt strange. Me too. I even suggested Clutch before to use another screen name to post his opinions. I got rebuffed by Clutch for that suggestion. :p)

I hope I don't get banned for my above words :p because I really like this websites and I really like this Rockets team and want to talk about them here.

I think JLin is better than some of those PG. Some of those PG looks really good cause they got players who can dunk and do alley oops with ease. That was one of the reason why JLin did well in NY cause of Tyson Chandler.

JLin is pretty handicap in houston. We have no natural pure dunkers. Like Blake, Garnett....etc...

Those guys average numbers that we hope maybe one day, if everything was right, that JLin could potentially average.

    How exactly is he better?

Should we base JLin stats when he had a player like Tyson??? This is ridiculous!!! you can't judge PG this way....its all about the team and who they play with. I'm sure JLin would excel if we did a PG swap with CP3 or Rondo or any team that had a good finisher at the basket.

D-Mo, Robinson, Smith, these guys are all capable dunkers off the PnR.

Why do you want to sign up on that website? Aren't you the one who always call out Lin fans here on this site? Is your purpose of signning up there purely to torture yourself or to rile up those passionate Lin fans? ;) :p

This post would make a shred of sense if Rockets lost the games in which Lin played well.

But when Lin plays well, the Rockets almost always dominate their opponents. Harden's always good for 25 pts, so if Lin gets around 15+, the Rockets are in good shape.

Bottom line: The Rockets play best when BOTH Harden and Lin play well, especially since both are such good playmakers that Parsons/Delfino/Asik/DMo will also inevitably have good games as well.

Yes pontentially better....we would never know...its all about team chemistry and the players you have.

If you look at the elite PG they all have excellent big players...Tim Duncan, Garnett, Blake....man we can go on with this...who do we have? Asik who can't catch or can barely dunk. :))

In what way does it make a difference? He once told me was he was from Ceti Alpha V, if that makes you feel any better.

No it doesn't, but Ceti Alpha V is a really nice place.
