I find it cute you don't link the entire post....

Here's what that poster said in its entirety:

The bolded clearly surmises that we lost but don't know the exact reason.

So again, we aren't blasting Asik for not shooting any better, even it was a little higher than his average....

So again, we aren't blaming Harden or DMo for shooting less than their 3 pt average.....

It's all about the substitutions.... which is just a lazy excuse...

thats what I'm wondering...I remember there was some discussion that Morey and Adelman weren't getting along (no clue if this is actually true) and when it was time to search for a new coach, Daryl wanted someone who would 'go along' with his plan and Mchale was the right guy for that.

Supposedly McHale was pretty desperate for another shot at coaching and there was enough intrigue there + his willingness to put some of Morey's guys on his coaching bench (like Finch) and 'go along with Moreyball" that it was a good deal for all involved...but that is pure speculation.

Also, another thought, one has to wonder if Adelman isn't wishing he were still in Houston with this team. I think he could've gotten more out of them than Mchale..

McHale saw Lin every day in practice and didn't clearly think much of him. So now Morey goes again and spends stupid money on Lin only to see him back on the bench ? Why Morey why ? Why waste so much money on a guy your coaches clearly don't rate highly.

let's keep it real holmes...if Lin played the 4th and had that bone head foul Bev had on Collison late you'd be all over it.

You're free to hate whoever you want on the team, but let's just keep it real.

It's funny you say that because your hatred for one player above the team inevitably is skewing your perspective.

Mchale's decisions are questionable, not just in this one game but frequently. And even worse he doesn't learn from them. He repeats his mistakes, even against the same team which is mind boggling. Tonight his calls were questionable and risky. Maybe he should learn to not swing wildly for the fences!

Because Morey answers to his boss... and when his boss tells him to can Mchale this off season he's going to do it.

I did translate it for you in a later post. I see your point. For you, it is all about blaming someone or making excuses... Good night.

I am absolutely and unabashedly biased toward the Rockets.
    Your point?

Beverly got his last 3 assists in the 4th quarter in the first 2 mins mark... He got 0 ast 0 pts and 2 turnovers the rest of the 10mins in 4th qtr.... SMH... this is not against Bev at all, he is a rookie and has 0 experience on handling pressure... Mchale should have trusted his starter more...

he had to...the knicks didnt even offer anything to him. Plus everyone and their mom though they were matching, that's why no other team even bothered to wasted time sending over an offer.

    comparing mcfail to phil jackson

Phil Jackson had Kobe at the height of his powers and he constantly had to keep him from playing hero ball. Mchale seems to encourage Harden, who is a stud but not nearly Kobe at his peak, to play iso ball. He actually subs spot up shooters and gets rid of playmakers so Harden is more empowered. Parson who just had a historic night of shooting has to feel like a r****d picking his nose at the wing knowing that the ball is not gonna sniff him.

Its is just really weird coaching...never seen a coach who has the highest scoring team in the league try to neuter itself by becoming one dimensional. Its like Steve Nash on the Suns trying to drive and score with 24 seconds left in the glory days of the Suns...not the teams strength...pass and find a cutter or an open man.

He's 106-115 in his illustrious coaching career.
