Rox were def outplayed, but the reffing was also frustrating with the no calls, considering the game got pretty physical, nugz drew quite a bit of blood.
But yes, the team needs to change up strats when they realize the refs aren't calling fouls, can't just keep barreling into the paint if it's not working.
Everybody from around the league in the reddit /r/nba thread agreed that the refs were atrociously biased against us.
It was funny when Crawford told Morris to shut up or he'll kick him out. Morris should have just slapped him.
we didn't execute offensively down the stretch. that ball actually was out on harden. VC made those big threes and OJ mayo hit a big one too. we had no offensive plays down the stretch. asik was not in the game and we did not run any PnR. QUIT BLAMING THE LOSS ON SOMEONE ELSE.
I saw a guy in the game thread blame David Stern for a ball that clearly went out of bounds off Harden. lmao
Why should we not blame the refs when they are making bad calls, or rather overturning calls that were originally good calls. Dallas played well but the refs blew this one no doubt.
we went to the line 22+ more times than Dallas. We just didn't execute. Also no Asik and Lin in the 4th (esp Asik) hurt us bad.
If you think the league is rigged...stop whining and just stop watching. It's annoying as hell in the game thread hearing "Stern rigged it! League is fixed! after every damn whistle against the Rockets...
They were overruling calls originally made in our favor without clear evidence unless they had a view we couldn't see on TV (or internet stream in my case). If there is no clear evidence the call should stand as called on the court and from what I could see the made the correct call originally.
