Man, I'm happy to admit I was wrong. Call me out for it all you want. It's not the first time I was wrong about something...won't be the last.

I will say this, though...the Harden trade rescued anything. That's not to say Omer needs Harden to be who he is. He doesn't. But it is to say that Harden took this team to a whole other level than it would have been at otherwise....and that affects how we see the value of other players on the team, as well.

Wells these fools talk with such certainty like if they could be good NBA GM's.
Let Morey do his work and you just sit back and cheer on the team.

Is it just me or is the poll shifting more towards yes.

Way to go out on a limb, guys.

Then let's pack up Clutchfans right now. No need for commentary at all. We'll just all lobotomize ourselves and put on cheerleader skirts. Just sit back and cheer.

I feel that it is unfair just to single him out. A lot of people share their opinions based on their perception of player X. I personally don't second guess the decisions made by people who gets paid (working 24x7) to analyze and scout for players that would make their team better. They have more access to game tape and statistical data that very few of us has access too. The decisions they make are based on educated studies. They are not always right but I am more comfortable when conclusions are based that way than just perception.

What I've noticed around this Board if everyone is bashing on a trade/signing/draft choice, it usually turns out great and vice versa. That's why I'm kinda worried about t rob, you guys were all up on the dudes nutz and two days later were calling for his head. Kinda annoying

Look at the poll in this very thread. Overwhelming majority thought it was a good move.

Good point. Omer could have been putting up the same numbers, but if we were 10 games under .500 a lot of people probably wouldn't care and would be focusing more on his weaknesses.

There were 1114 who voted "no" this morning. It is up to 1116 now. Can a mod be so kind as to point out who these two people are? It would save me some time when scanning through the posts.

I for one way undervalued Harden while he was in OKC. I thought he was a fringe max player.

No one's calling you out if you thought it was a bad signing. Heck, no one's calling out the Morey is an idiot/fire Morey crowd. Morey got lucky and he caved and gave up everything for Gasol at one point. He was in the hot seat, so he made a desperation move that the commissioner didn't like. The point is everyone is wrong at some point. Just be glad it was about this. :)

I think it was 60 - Yes, 40 - No when I dug it up. I couldn't stand that Bulls fan who made an account just to say we would regret this signing and that Asik was pure garbage. He debated several members for like 20 pages.
