rockets got two backup sgs that they won't even utilize to their full potential.

Delfino, Garcia, Anderson, shooters who are average or below average in everything else are a dime a dozen. They are pretty interchangeable. Delfino is getting the most minutes because of his experience and better size.

All teams have players with potential that get very few minutes. Most teams are only going to play about a nine man rotation. That means some players don't get to play.

I want to see more Lin/Beverly combos with Lin playing the 2.

Lin can play more than he is. Parsons and Delfino can play the 2 as well.

Delfino over all. I kinda liked Delfino and always thought he was in teh wrong situation. At the same time i didn't like when he signed with teh Rockets at first because of his age, and him being a role player, but he's one of my favorite dark horde players on the Rockets.

usually, with morey, the trade chip is the guy getting the minutes (being showcased) while the guy riding the bench gets groomed and learns the system.

true. I'm an happy with our team right now, as im sure everyone else is here. I've just been curious to see how Anderson will turn out. I know I'm not alone in thinking he can be a good backup to Harden

let's get another shooting guard from our 3rd farm team.... THE KINGS.

Brooks+Beverly to sub for Lin+Harden. Brooks in SG to score then switch on defense, Brooks vs PG. Would be solid. Garcia is pretty much another Delfino. So consistent shooting. Id prefer Robinson to start cause Robinson and Smith are too similar to play together. DMO is better off bench so if Harden sits, Brooks and DMo will be our scorers.

Looks like were set for playoffs.

James Anderson is an excellent player its unfortunate mcfail don't see it. if you think jlin not getting the respect this guy is getting it worst. I don't know why everyone think delfino is good to me he's a liabilty to the team. I don't like when delfino is dribbling and when we really need the important three he's can't produce.

the 3 backup wing players we have are pretty much redundant, I'd rather see someone even remotely close to Tony Allen or Thabo defensively.

More over on Anderson, if the point of Morey is to build up value for potential future move, it also make more sense to play Anderson anyway. he's signed for basically the NBA equivalent of nothing, if he can show that he's a significantly useful bench player, that's a big big value.

From a per min POV he seem to be doing very well, I do think coaches probably should run him out there more. of course we seem to keep blowing huge leads these days so it's also not hard to see why that isn't happening too much.

Makes me wish Hubie Brown was still coaching. Miss them days when he used a 12 man rotation.

McHale puts Garcia on because he was a veteran out there during practice and really showed direction with players. Garcia is a good shooter and I respect his enthusiasm, but still...more anderson please. That is all. Someone please mention which game it was that Anderson was playing some serious crunch time when Harden was injured and out in the 4th. I remember he played well, but made some mistakes. Still think he should play over Garcia.

I lean towards Anderson too. Garcia seems very 1-dimensional to me.
