The seats, which will be put in to conform to Brazilian legislation, will also be available for the Confederations Cup this summer. To qualify for a ticket, people must have a body mass index of 30 or more. BMI of 30 isn't even as big as some of you might think! The regular chairs would have to be tiny for 30 to be the boundary.
