    Swoly: I see. I'll try changing my mindset.

    SwangHTx: I agree, I never realized that. I don't know why I'm like that but I do have to change that sooner than later. I need to focus on myself and like XeroBull said get my priorities straightened out.

    RJudoka: I hate people like that. My dad has his own business and their are so many Pakistanis that take advantage of my dad being too nice. It has somewhat to do with him being so nice and somewhat to do with him not really understanding the meaning of business.

    when you see anger arising in you stop and concentrate on your breathing. notice the sensations you are feeling. do walking mediation. do not act out until have calmed down. consider the other posters' advice suggesting a meditation practice. it will help you naturally deal with all types of negative emotions.
