    His weakness: Patrick Beverley. (jk)

Patrick Beverley wakes up every morning at 4:59AM just so he can turn his 5:00AM alarm off after the first buzz.

Different situation. Lin is playing and adjusting to harden none of these pgs have to do that.

I'd say he and Kyrie Irving work out together in summer, they can trade tips. Kyrie can learn how to become a better man-to-man defender, how to pass better, etc. Lin can learn how to dribble better, to develop scorer's mentality.

his weakness is the fact that he isn't perfect. why doesn't he have 100% FGs and 0 TOs?!

Jeremy would do well to study tapes on Tony Parker, from his early days to what he has become.

Doesn't need a scorer's mentality. He just needs to learn to pick his spots better. Harden is the scorer...we don't need multiple black holes on the team...

Did you just suggest that Harden is a black hole on offense? Careful, you may attract Flamindts , Superstar and the gang onto you.

I'm not sure what qualifies as young, but here are 10 under 25:

Irving, Westbrook, Curry, Lillard, Lawson, Rose, Holiday, Kemba, Teague Bledsoe

    Jeremy has lots of confidence
I think he should buy a couch and sleep at a friend home
Reneg this contract so he has no job security and can be cut at the end if the season

This will make him play better no doubt

    Lin's weakness:

    Asian genes
    - have to work extra hard and eat more protein to get strength and physical up to par with other players
Slanted Eye (no look pass, even when he is looking)
    - so when he does a real no look pass, it's that much more amazing
    Yellow Skin
    - besides black skin, no respect unless you're elite
    - makes a few mistake = automatic scrub
    - McFail is racist

    Lin's Strength:

    Oriental Blood
    - works hard and hustles like a mother ****er (this includes mexicans blood)
    High basketball IQ
    - just watch his youtube videos if you don't believe me. plus all asians are smart
    Penetration
    - whoever the hell he wants to, even your mom.

his biggest weaknesses and the one that almost made me throw something at the screen is he gets lost on defense. During the Dallas game (I think), there was this one play where the Dallas guy was shooting the ball and Lin's guy runs underneath the basket. Lin doesnt see him for 2 seconds and luckily jumps in there before any damage is done. Lin needs to pull out some videos of Rodman faceguarding to make sure he doesn't lose track of his guy. It's the most basic thing you can do on defense, keep an eye on your guy.

I hate McHale's rotation patterns, but I honestly woulda pulled Lin and benched him for the rest of the quarter. That's not a defensive lapse, it's a defensive collapse.

Lin's role on this team is massively different from those players on that list.

However, in games that he's played with those PGs he's actually had equal or better games. This doesn't necessary mean he's better but no doubt he can play and contribute as much.

THIS is the biggest reason why people are having a hard time comparing lin to the likes of westbrook and irving and holiday.

if he is asked to carry the scoring load, if he is asked to score 25 a night and take 20 shots a game, i have no doubt his numbers would be up there. obviously not as efficient as harden (no one is) but we've seen this year that whenever he takes more than 15 shots a game, he usually has a big game. but that's just not his role on this team and not what he's asked to do. after harden and parson's 20 shots a game, you still have to feed your bigs. not enough shots to go around. and as a pg in this system, he's the last one to look for his own shots on most nights.

he has the ability to get by anyone he wants even without a screen, he has great court vision and can make very good passes, plays above average D with high steal numbers. he's shooting at an average rate.. i really don't see why he can't produce like one of the top PG's if that's his role on the team.

Lin's only weakness is he has a legion of fans that are obsessed with him and blames everyone else for his struggles. These fans give Lin a bad name and make it harder to root for him. These fans also start a billion Lin threads a day in the GARM.

    Lin's weakness is iso ball
    Lin's weakness is unselfishness
Lin's weakness is his helping too much on defense. no rewards. gets yelled at and it goes unnoticed.
Lin's weakness is taking charges. high risk of injuries and no rewards.

Want would you want Rondo and Rubio on this team? Both shoot worse than Lin. People complain about how Lin is incompatible with Harden and they want Rondo and Rubio to chuck up 3's?
