Still worried about losing our 8th seed? Yeah, I thought so. After tonight's win this Rockets team can claim 6th seed.

 

I'm sure word gets back to McHale, Sampson, Morey, et al as to what's being said on this board and others.

 

LOH disappears after we had a great game. It pretty much tells you if they are Rockets Fan.

 

A lot of posters seem fail at grasping the art of sarcasm, but nonetheless, the Rockets snap a nine game losing streak to the Mavericks.

 

Apparently his bosses were pressured by some fans and asked the head coach to say that personally

 

Mchale is conspiring to get AB back on the team by intentionally making Lin look bad by preventing his double double today.

 

Noticed this as well. I think their whole mission here is really to bait the LOF's for sport.

 

1. When Harden, Lin, and Parsons take care of the basketball this teams goes bonkers nuts! 4 turnovers between the 3 of them. Great job!

2. Asik with 5 steals! Motie stole a couple of his offensive boards early. He got him some steals instead.

3. Harden playing in control (I know he's hurt) makes Lin and Parson super effective. Plenty of plays ran for Lin tonight. He used 27 possessions. Harden used 21 possessions. Great backcourt balance. They made the bulk of the plays and limited Parson's playmaking. That helps the turnover count.

4. 30 assists means guys were moving and the ball was moving through passes a whole lot more than dribbles. The more dribbles a team has the higher incident of turnovers. Just works that way. We probably only had 15-16 possessions at most of unassisted baskets.

 

yeah looks like they are happy feeding on negative energy.

 

Anyone talking about the high praise McHale had for Lin after the game? Should kill any music caption that McHale thinks Lin can't ball with he way he spoke about him.

Still surprised that McHale would go so far as to utter JLin's name and CP3 in the same breath. You do that around here and you'll get crucified by the LOH's

 

Lin's offense does not seem to get Harden involved (except the not-so-frequent picks). I hope they could develop that better!!!

 

This team is so exciting to watch and young to boot. I really hope Morey keeps this unit in tact for the next few years. ok sure, if a superstar is on the market we make a play but the unit of Harden-Lin-Parsons-Asik-DMO-Delfino-Robinson-Jones-Beverly-etc are just too good and they will only get better over time.

At this point, Morey has to be thinking about allowing some chemistry to develop. You can only turn over a team so often and not hope to have issues with new players developing chemistry. I'm watching J.Smith vs Lakers and he makes some boneheaded plays. Lets see what our guys can do with more time together! Youth + talent = inexperience but incredible upside--. we might have our 2nd star on the roster now. ???
