And half a game behind the Jazz for the 7th. On a scale of 1-10 how pumped are you?

I'm at 9.95. I only wish Memphis was a top 3 seed so we might face them. Think we have no chance against the Spurs but have a fighter's chance at beating OKC or the Clippers. OKC has an erratic PG who can't dial it down when he's being awful and the Clippers have one of the worst coaches in NBA history.

The Lakers are also only 2.5 games behind us. So yeah, we're not exactly in a great position.

Nothing to gain from missing the playoffs. I'm sure that the Seattle Kings are just drooling at the thought of acquiring out next mid round pick, but it's been four years since we last saw the postseason, and that's long enough.

I would love a 5th seed and face Memphis with the 4th. That would be our best ticket to the second round.

So if we win tomorrow we'd be tied for 6th?

No way the Rockets pass Denver. Best hope for facing Memphis and them moving to the third and the Rockets to the sixth. Dream scenario obviously.

Lakers are trash. And they're more likely to take over GS or Utah's spot than us. They would get swept by every top 3 seed in the playoffs. Except they won't make it and Phoenix will use their pick to get the #1 pick.

they have 16 home games left. they are not looking good as of now, but curry's been beasting and even better at home. think they're gonna pull it off and keep 6th seed.

I'm not pumped up for facing either OKC or Spurs.

These next ones against Dallas are going to be huge. They were a bog part in eliminating the Rockets from the playoffs last year, hopefully Parsons will take these personally. Dirk & Brand are going to give us trouble. Collison too quick for Lin, may need to play Beverly more. Harden gimping. Someone will have to step up big.

Suns are not going to be easy either, the ex-rockets are going to bring their A-games against us, especially Scola & Marcus.

Add the learning curve of Robinson,D-Mo & Olbrecht, Lin disappearing again, and this schedule is not easy at all. I'll be pumped for every single game.

Agreed. Denver is really good. They could go to 4 and drop Memphis to 5.

Weirdly, I think our best shot in the top 3 is OKC. Clippers too deep and San Antonio too disciplined.

OKC is a match up nightmare , just as bad as the spurs.

Spurs may be a blessing in disguise. Parker is out a month, and when he's back in April, playoffs is about to start, he may have to regain his season form, and they may have to put together the chemistry. It's the same 2 years ago when Manu was hurt and they were eliminated by 8th seed Grizzlies.

Year in year out the Spurs find a way to lose early in the Playoffs. I honestly rather face the spurs than the thunder. too much star power

Stern might have something to say about that.

If Stern could do something about that he'd have let the Lakers-NOH-Rockets go through. The Lakers would have gotten CP3 and Dwight.

All this Stern rigging things in favor of the Lakers is just silly.
