OK. Well the site does draw some Harden fans I would think. Guess that makes sense in a strange way.

So does this paranoia of assuming everyone is a LOF contagious?

I feel a little sorry for Rockets fans.

They are so used to seeing their favorite players come and go because of Morey's quick player trades that they can't really afford to be a fan of any one player. Heck, I would get hurt too. So they become fan haters, and are so quick to trade away any decent player due to the results of one game, just because he happens to have alot of fans.

By the away, I agree with McHales choice to keep Beverly in the fourth. Beverly clearly had the hot hand and Lin was injured.

Good.. send him back to where he belongs we'd welcome him back and his fans with open arms. If Morey wouldn't have step in the mud this summer he'd be a Knick right now like he should be.

I think you guys should start petitions and protest until the above gets done.. ya dig?

George Karl seems to be a fan of Lin, I remember he's saying that Lin is the motor that whenever he goes the team is hard to beat or something like that.

I do think Lin is the smarter player than Lawson, would they do Lawson for Lin?

Lin is a Rocket. And you should support him. He is playing a decent season, seems to be a great guy, we have a winning record - what exactly is everyone's problem?

People on both sides of this "argument" (those who want to trade him for a bag of chips and those who want him traded so he can be the "star" on some other team) are complete idiots.

Trading Lin after one year would not be in the best interest of this team or Lin.

I'm gonna defend Lin here. I've got LOH status (apparently) so I should be credible on this point. Jeremy Lin has played basically one seasons worth of games so far in his young career. He's 24 years old, and he's shown improvement from the beginning of the yer until now. Sure he's been inconsistent, but that's the case with young players. I've said it 100 times, he's not worth $8.5 mil, but that doesnt mean that he won't be and important contributor to this team going forward. All things considered, he hasn't done a bad job adjusting to his role in a new system that doesn't play to his strengths. And his shooting has undoubtedly improved throughout the season. Hes not the best defender, but he creates turnovers with his pesky hands. No, he's not the answer, but he doesn't have to be. All he has to do is keep improving. I'm aware that he'll be 25 next season and he's not super young, but he's a late bloomer and with his work ethic, he should have a good next two years. He's a tough kid who refuses to fail, and I expect to see better production next year.

This is what 90%~ of CF believes. I really think most of the discord comes from a combination of hypersensitivity, language barriers, and typical internet knee-jerk syndrome.

Can someone from the CC sticky up this post, and have a poll up with an agree/disagree option so we can finally, once and for all, have concrete evidence that we do not hate Lin and want him and the Rockets both to succeed? Or does being a fan of Lin's require to keep a constant veil of an underdog/persecution complex?

I'd think otherwise because I'm a big fan of Lin's game, but to not subscribe to that kind of thing.

You notice how many LOHs there are when this obvious troll gets 2 green bars and most LOfs get 1 green rep bar? LOL.
