Ohlbrecht and Macklin are gone. I think TJones is up with the big boys too. Don't remember seeing him tonight.

Sooooooo, Whiteside should see a ton of minutes. Care to guess his rebounding and shotblocking numbers??

I'll say 17 boards and 5 blocks.....so long as he gets 30+ minutes.

 

I'm so slow. I had to stare at the name for a minute to make the connection. Still trying to figure out how Tobias goes for a huge double double against Chandler and Carlos.

This is a replay of the first Rockets vs Warriors.

 

Not seeing too many great things from White, but I do like Whiteside.

The next time Morey clears 3-4 guys in a major trade, I could definitely see HW as a body on the roster.

 

Well, he can't blame it on the jet lag.

 

I say it time and time again. Whiteside just will never be an NBA player. You can tell by a players attitude who has it and who does not have it. He simply does not have it within himself to make the next step. Royce looks like he needs a really productive off-season. Glen Rice looks pretty interesting, but needs to continue to work on his dribbling.

 

I didn't get to watch the game (I may later), but White ended up with :

26 mins, 7 pts on 2-4 shooting, 6 rebs, 5 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks, and 5 fouls

He didn't seem like he was looking to score. Considering the team scored 131 points, I'm not sure if that's good or bad. Maybe he's still too out of shape to really make a decision.

Also of note, RGV had 21 steals in the game. lol. Goudelocke had 33 points and 8 assists in 29 minutes.

 

He wasn't looking to score at all - and moved the ball around himself well.

He actually moved around off the ball and played decent D, although fouled way too often.

He's improving! But still looks like a bust at this point. He doesn't look dominant at all - like the way Greg Smith or Ohlbrecht looked in their D-League games.

royce seems to be a solid player in the Dleague... that is not a compliment for the NBA
