We don't have to give anything up for Brooks and there are people who don't like this move. They don't say who they want instead, but they don't want Brooks. They say what they want (a defender, a center), just not who.
I think brooks would fit better with Harden. Harden can play point and brooks can just worry about shooting which is his strength.
