Anyone tried online dating? What are your experiences and how do you go about it? Recommended sites? What do you say to get a guaranteed response from a bish? Not looking for anything serious, just a casual layover.
Chicks on dating sites are usually flaky as hell. They find a website where they can talk about themselves and upload pictures, but never with intentions of acting on the whole purpose of a dating website. I never got lucky and no I don't look like Shrek nor am I 300 lbs. Most women on these sites are just on there because one night they were bored so found something to do. And I usually got messages from ugly chicks, which justifies the lack of luck I got. It could work with you. Maybe you'll find a cool ass chick that things will click with. I tried OKCupid, btw.
I was on eHarmony for a minute when I first moved to Chicago years ago. Went on a lot of dates but only ended up dating one of the girls for any significant period of time. Didn't really spend a whole lot of time emailing with any of them -- I generally asked them for drinks or coffee as soon as mutual interest was established. I slept with a couple of them on the first date. Online girls are definitely easy (easier anyways, YMMV). Definitely do not waste time exchanging messages for any prolonged period. Definitely read their profiles and do not send messages like, "HAI GURL, U MOS DEF LOOK REDDY 4 A RIDE RIDE". Its a great way to meet women, but if you suck at attracting a woman in the real world, you'll suck online.
OK Cupid is the best dating site, I've found. Plenty Of Fish is like a more organized craigslist. EHarmony seems to have good results for paid sites (at least my friends have told me). Online is what you make out of it. Any decent looking chick is going to get hammered with requests, so you have to do something to stand apart. Right short and witty messages, make them personal (mention something from their profile), make your profile and story interesting, and posts lots of "non douchey" pictures. Post pictures of you, and you having fun out and about with friends, and you doing activities and such... if you aren't wearing a shirt and are standing in front of a mirror, don't use that picture. Two great subreddits with lots of info (careful not to step in the bull****). http://reddit.com/r/okcupid See the sidebar for DOES and DON'TS of profiles, messages, etc. http://reddit.com/r/seduction Ignore all of the lame pick up artist lingo, just look for tips and ideas on how to approach/message women. I have friends that hook up with girls they meet constantly online, I've dated a several chicks I met online too. It isn't hard at all, even to meet chicks out of your league... it just takes time. It is all about confidence, if you don't like yourself they certainly won't like you.
I've always thought online dating would be a great way to limit wasting time with incompatible women...but i never tried it because I felt like there would a lot of fake profiles, which wastes time anyway...
Not true. Most of the women that "rarely respond" are just looking for someone original. I get responses to them all the time. I don't use the site to get laid though, I'm using it to find a woman that isn't a waste of time. I have friends who rack up ladies from there, if that is what you're in to. Be original and witty, and you'll get responses. And always act like it isn't a big deal if they get back to you, which shows your value. "I think you're cool, let's have drinks (mention a set day/time)."
This is why I love(d) OK Cupid. They were completely transparent about their numbers. The problem with sites like eHarmony and Match is the vast majority your "matches" are generally women who are no longer active on the site. OKCupid is free, and premium... so if she's logged in in the past few weeks, you know she's still on the site (it shows you last logon). I loved their old blog posts that talk about all the metrics, it is the reason Match snatched them up for millions. One of their blog posts shows how these paid sites had tens of millions of no longer in use profiles showing up for most matches. They've changed slightly since Match bought them, but all of the right info is still there. Interesting, the math of online dating - http://blog.ted.com/2013/02/13/a-lo...ting-personal-with-ted-ed-for-valentines-day/ <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/m9PiPlRuy6E?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Why don't you learn from Jr Smith how to spit game at girls.....here's how its done, short and simple http://network.yardbarker.com/nba/a...controversial_twitter_direct_message/12966502
I'm going on one year relationship via match.com Before my current relationship I hooked up with 5 girls that i met through match. It's been good to me. But like anything in life it's what you make of it.
I've always wondered if the casual encounters on craigslist actually work. Guys looking for some and then you have girls looking for some D.
Might as well play Russian roulette. I've dated various chicks I've met online. One in an video game (no kidding), one from a message board (nin.com), and several from online dating sites. My sister met her now husband on Yahoo's dating site about five years ago, and I know several people in long term relationships who met online... it is the norm now. People just need to realize to get the most out of it, you have two work for it. p***y isn't just going to be thrown at you. Chicks online want the same thing as those in the "real world." Someone who is fun, witty, outgoing, etc.
I've had success with Match and OKCupid, and I prefer OKC--the women were more interesting for whatever reason, though I was narrowing my search to atheists who don't want kids, so it probably varies depending on what you're looking for. Plus OKC is free. I think I had success because my profile was very honest and specific about who I am. I insta-ignored any girl that had a profile that started with "I love to laugh" or some other meaningless blurb. Basically, be interesting, original, and overly honest in your profile. Don't say you love animals or traveling without being specific. Been dating a woman I met through OKC for four months, and things couldn't be better.
Both a cousin and a friend have used match.com and each has been happily married for over 5 years. Also, to ensure a bit of success - don't call them "bish".
i'm definitely over online dating, but it has proven fruitful. of course, met my first love on this website, and met my second love on okcupid. but i tried it again a few months ago and it just freaked me OUT and now i'm done. guys will actually get angry if you tell them you're not interested for whatever reason. online dating made me more afraid to reject people in real life. tip: don't lash out, or send passive aggressive messages to people. it reeks of desperation.
b****es be lying. b****es be horny. b****es be trifling. b****es be fronting. This chick looked skinny on pic, she pulled up in her car so I can get in, b**** was a 2 fitty boss hog. Called that b**** the brrrrrr.
