It will be cool to see Moe Harkless play for the first time, wanted the Rox to get him in the draft. But I think we can/should win even without Harden.
Is looking like last year again, Mchale will go small with 6'2 guards playing power forward and center and Rockets will lose and lose be on the 9th seed again. 14 pick here we come.
He is actually running the offense more now, problem is, he's playing too safe and often times, too unselfish. He needs to be on attack mode the entire time he's on the floor, look for his shot, and stop worrying too much about always making the right plays and commiting errors. He tends to attack the paint, pick up his dribble, and look to pass. He's too easy to defend with the way he's playing right now. I know it's a new system he's still adjusting to with more spot ups and having to defer to Harden every now and then but he has/had more than enough chances to take over games and leave the defense guessing. Trying to facilitate the team's offense is nice but he has to realize that he should at least, be the 2nd option of this team on offense. During crucial moments of the game, i'm sure almost everyone have noticed how he treats the rack like a hot potato and almost automatically looks to hand it off to Harden. Sure, it's the smart thing to do. But it also clearly shows his lack of confidence in himself. I've always been a supporter of team ball over individual play/hero ball. Yes, i want to put the ball in Harden's hands during crunch time but frankly, i'm one of those fans who's waiting to see Jeremy get his full confidence back to the extent that he would waive have the guts to waive off all of his teammates including Harden during a crucial moment in the game and take the potential game winner himself. Doesn't matter if he makes it or not. We need that version of Jeremy Lin because honestly, i'm running out of excuses for him this season. It's never about James Harden vs Jeremy Lin. It's about having both of them at their best for one simple reason.. i am a "Rockets" fan.
Against Washington he was sick and we lost. Against the Bucks Parsons and Harden handled the ball too much and commited 12 turnovers between them. Just because I'm a Lin fan I'm not making this Lin vs Harden at all. It's in the Rockets best interest to have Lin the primary playmaker. Numerous clutch fans besides myself have pointed this out.
There are facts to support this. Look them up if you don't believe me. I don't understand this comment "maybe loss is more than win but one win is still a win."
i've had a sharp pain in my chest the past few days, and i blame the rockets losing to the bucks and wizards. let's hope they win against a god awful magic team
