    I know one of the guys in arizona who recruits girls for that backroom casting couch site and yes they are all amateur girls they find on dating sites and bars/clubs. A lot of them are strippers and sometimes they will use an escort from backpage - but none of them are p*rn stars. They literally go out and recruit the girls. These guys have a script that they use to recruit the girls and it's somewhat like manipulation/hypnotism stuff and pay pretty good money.... sometimes it's hard to turn down for normal girls who are broke.
