El Paso has been one of the safest big cities in the entire country for a while now. http://reason.com/archives/2009/07/06/the-el-paso-miracle
It may be safe relative to it's size, but whenever you take into account crime is more than just murders I doubt it's the second safest city in America. Especially considering there is several cities that have 0 murders each year.
Ok... http://www.elpasotimes.com/ci_22523903/el-paso-ranked-safest-large-city-u-s I don't understand your denial of this info...
500,000 people doesn't constitute a city. The statement was that it was the second safest city in America, not that it was the second safest city with over 500,000 people.
Having an anxiety disorder doesn't mean you cower in fear over everything. They are normal people like anybody else who have extreme anxiety about certain things.
He forgot to put the "big or large" in front of the word "city." Of course there are towns with 1000 people in them with no crime at all. The "safest city" designation was a comparison of large towns.
Sure but theres plenty of large cities with less than 500,000 people. I consider a city of 100,000 people to be pretty large.
I don't have stats for the safest cities with 100,000+ population. We have stats on large cities with 500,000+ population, and El Paso wins.
Of course, didn't you know weed causes GAD? Just like seeing someone collapse one time gave him PTSD. If you disagree with Royce that he has those debilitating mental illnesses due to smoking weed once and seeing that one person collapse that one time then you need to enhance your awareness.
I don't have a problem with El Paso at all. However I am confident the assertion that it is the "second safest city in the United States" is false.
I'm not really arguing. Just addressing the people calling me an asshol* for pointing out that something was BS.
I peeked into this thread to see if there was any news on how horrible the White - Phil encounter went. Then I discovered the thread was all about crime in El Paso. Go figure.
He comes across reasonable, like he seems to when speaking in more than 140 characters. Dr Phil says "this is a real disorder people have". That's about it. And they didn't even take him in the first round.
