actually I probably wouldn't do that

 

first I traded kidd, cousins, and Richard Jefferson for Aldridge, Allen, 8th round pick

Then traded Aldridge and 8th round pick for rondo and Monroe

Still not sure if I should have done those

 

what do you think of my freakshow of a team Donatas? haha

 

it feels a waste to bring Melo off the bench. i can see why you'd want to. but i think i'd look at trading Aldridge or Melo for a starter

If I had an elite defensive center I would trade Aldridge in a hearbeat and have Melo at the 4 and just wreck other teams. Pau is solid but not elite.

 

How about manu and dirk for kidd and millsap

 

Rose, Kaman/Varejao for Kidd, Gasol

i'd consider it anyway tbh, it's not like Aldridge is defensively elite, and Melo has been pretty fine this year. you'd downgrade a little on D, upgrade on O. It depends on what Aldridge can bring in a trade. Can he bring an equal talent who would start.

 

That's fair. I like having Aldridge and Pau together defensively. Both combined just have so much height and take up space.

I could just run other teams out of the building though instead.
