This shows how important the stretch 4 is to this offense. Looking forward to Dmo hitting some 3 pointers.

 

Nice, two 7 footers in the paint. Very intriguing.

 

I expect a great stretch offensively for him until the NBA recognizes that they should add 5-10 minutes of game-planning specifically for D-Mo's left handed skillset.

Sky's the limit the next few games, but the real judgment will be if he can keep the spot and be productive next week when his shot isn't as hot. Morey undoubtedly will want to see D-Mo's ability to score when the 3 isn't falling. If he can't do that, he can't be a starter.

similar skillset type of players... though ilyasova might be more physical at this point and better at D, but Donatas has the moves down low


both have range out to 3 on occassion

Are you saying he's the kind of player that can be neutralized by overplaying his strong hand? If so, I disagree. One of his most impressive attributes is his dexterity. In the game against Brooklyn specifically, I believe he scored each of his baskets with his off hand.

 

D-Mo is just this side of ambidextrous. There is almost no difference between his right and left hand.

 

So true. Royce's tweets are self consumed and full of half-baked condisending wisdom. D-mo is all about working hard, helping the team and not making himself the center of the universe.
