criticized THAT in public? Read my post again. Lin has been criticized enough times by McHale in public. Nothing wrong with that.

Rockets fan?? Then you really ARE in the wrong thread. Go to a thread where you can actually talk about the team. This thread should really be moved to NBA Dish section.

LOL "a Lin thread" . . . That's funny: the subject of the thread title is "McHale." Are McHale fans allowed in the thread? How about fans of both McHale and Lin? Are Rockets fans allowed into the thread? "a Lin thread" LOL

Finally someone admitted to be a McHale apologist. Ok ok, this is really a McHale and Lin thread, nothing really to do with the team. Now, don't be a hypocrite and come preaching to LOFs.

Just ignore the useless comments. If they can't spin the quote, they resort to name calling.

You try to get a lot of mileage out of the word "apologist." I like all the Rockets and the coaches. Is that incredible to you? It's not incredible to most of the posters on Clutchfans.

Bleed Red, you have 6 of the 9 posts on this page as I'm writing this.

You need a journal, not a message board.

McHale is not developing Lin. How is camping Lin at the corner help his game? If you want Lin to improve his jump shoot, you don't do it in the game, you do it privately. Offer time with him. Make him shoot 500 jump shot each and every day. You build his confident little bit at a time and when he is ready, he will do it on the court.

If Pop did want McHale did with Lin, camp Parker at the corner, Parker would not play PG at an elite level. Parker won final MVP in 2007 while Duncan was at his prime.

I don't know why it's relevant, but no, I don't. Maybe you can explain. I've said Lin jumps in the air without knowing what he's gonna do with the ball. I said, when we got him, that he was not a stellar point guard; I never expected him to have Harden-level impact. That's not anti-Lin; that's saying his game has limitations. Most players' games do have limitations, including Harden's. I like Lin. I just don't know why you care so much about MY feelings on Jeremy Lin. . . .

Let me introduce you to the multi-quote function

You click this [IMG] on each post you want to answer to, and when you click Post Reply, it has them all neatly quoted for you to respond to IN ONE POST.

There are no benefits to posting one after another, you dont get anything special for how many posts you have.
