we need an extension to the Horry rule in the future. like, if you post an hour or less before you are OTC, you get the same 2 hours, even if it's night time. This way people will be forced to e-mail their picks, which they should be doing anyway as a common courtesy when they log off close to their picks.
or we need to just keep it simple and cut the night time to 3:00-7:00. no reason not to e-mail the picks.
