Considering our other options at the PF (DMo, Delfino and Smith) I would like to think TRob will be able to hold his own a little better.. Rotations might be off as he is only a rookie with limited playing time but he's a versatile defender so i'd feel good having him in there. Saying that, he is not getting big minutes (expecting 10 or under)
Does anyone know if T-Robb will be ready? Really want to see how this kid plays out I'm excited for the rest of the season, "easy" schedule, but I hope the team realises that "easy roster" does not always translate to wins. I think harden was saying something about having to get W's against sub-0.500 teams. Lin/Harden - hope they continue to dominate the backcourt Parsons/Asik/Dmo - lets hope for the best! I smell a WIN
The main improvement you'll see will be rebounding, assuming McHale does the smart thing and plays TRob when Asik comes out of the game.
It's funny how everyone has completely forgotten Terrance Jones lol. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he ends up being a better player then Robinson
I feel like the next couple games are going to be PF tryouts lol DMO will prob get the most minutes out of the bunch at first. Then TRob to see how he fits with the starting 5. Then Jones will get minutes sparingly over the course to see if there is something he can do that the other 2 cant. but I think a W will happen tonight.
In a series, Rockets will win 4 out of 5 times against Weezards. We played without 3 players with DMo and Beverly getting adjusted to more playing time as well as high minute players getting adjusted to low minute players. The Bucks will take the L.
With Smith out, we may potentially see T-Jon at 4 and T-Rob at 5. At this point, one can pretty much predict our fortune by counting the number of screens set for the ball carrier in the first quarter, whether it be Hardn, Lin, or P-Bev. Also, let's see D-Mo sharing some more floor time with Lin, 'cause Lin seems to be the only player who's willing to feed D-Mo in the post (just LOL whenever he fights for position in the post with other ballhandlers laughing at him). D-Mo can be quite the mismatch in the post against Bucks' small ball. It will force the Bucks to adjust or die.
Should be a win if we can stay focused. 1) we already beat them at their home court and there's no reason we can't do it at our home court, 2) lin + harden > jennings + ellis, 3) we play well against teams with similar style offense (run & gun) as us, and 4) our players should be well rested while their players are playing back to back games.
