Honeycutt's contract is 100k guaranteed next year. I just assumed Anderson will be fully unguaranteed for next season. Then again, Smith's deal will be 50% guar. With their wrangling for max cap space. These figures might matter, or it might not.
I'd say a little of both. There were some guys that were def treating it like an exhibition, but definitely a decent amount of effort as well. What I liked about Ohlbrecht was that he just focused on playing his game, with put backs, running the court, etc. Glad were giving him an opportunity.

No. Aldrich is white. Ohbrecht is not white. He is Euro. White center = big slow stiff who rebound and hustle. Euro center = skilled, good shooter who can be somewhat soft but has high BBall IQ.
Nice I saw some video and went WOW then realized it was D league and he would not be doing that in the NBA. Bummer. The only stat I saw and liked was that he shoots FG 60.5%. He understands the concept of the ball going IN the basket.

Then Ohlbrecht is kinda mixed one... learning to be tough skilled, solid shooter when needed, and tough enough in the post
I'm glad to see the Rockets giving Ohlbrecht a shot, I've watched quite a few Vipers games this year, mostly to see DMo play, and he's a strong guy who puts out quite a bit of effort. He has fairly good hands and he teams with DMo pretty well (at least he did in the D league). I'm not expecting much from him, but I think he can contribute more than Aldrich which essentially means Rockets fans won't collectively scream at their TV's every time he steps on the floor.
